We are looking for someone with experience working with people with mental health issues. It is advantageous if you have one of the following qualifications: nursing assistant, nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry, treatment assistant, social educator, behavioral scientist, social worker, or other equivalent education.   Tasks: The project employment involves being part of a team working with a client in a 1-1 solution, which means working independently with a client in daily life. For example, ADL, activities, care, etc., based on an implementation plan and assignment. Guidance and contact with a therapist occur continuously. Desirable to have experience with High-functioning Autism Spectrum/Psychiatric issues.    Personal qualities:
